I. Product description

As the source factory, we focus on the production of British standard BS, American standard ASTM, European standard EN high quality cable, products strictly follow the international standards, with excellent mechanical properties and electrical stability. The cable consists of the following core structures:

Conductor: high purity copper or aluminum, 99.9% conductive, meet BS EN 60228 and ASTM B800 standards, ensure low resistance and high current load.

Insulation: cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or rubber materials, temperature rating covering -40°C to +90°C, providing excellent electrical insulation and anti-aging performance.

Shielding layer: bare copper wire or galvanized copper wire braided shielding, effectively isolate electromagnetic interference (EMI), in line with EN 50395 and ASTM B694 standards, to ensure the stability of signal transmission.

Sheath: weather-resistant PVC, flame retardant halogen-free material or steel tape armor, providing mechanical protection, chemical resistance and fire resistance, meeting EN 60332 and BS 6724 fire resistance standards.

Filling structure: PP rope fills the gap of multi-core cable to ensure compact structure and compressive strength, and improve the overall rounded degree of cable.

Tensile elements: steel wire armor or steel core aluminum strand design, enhance the tensile strength of cable, suitable for overhead lines and complex environment laying.

Electrical performance: low conductor resistance (≤60Ω/km), high insulation resistance (≥0.5GΩ·km), to ensure efficient power transmission and signal integrity.

Mechanical properties: tensile strength ≥350MPa, bending radius ≤6 times of outer diameter, suitable for dynamic laying environment.

Environmental adaptability: salt spray resistance, oil resistance, moisture and mildew resistance, IP68 protection grade test, adapt to extreme climate and industrial scenarios.

Customized production: support flexible towchain cable, fire-resistant cable, anti-ultraviolet cable and other special needs, provide material and structure customization services.


Production process and quality control

As an integrated source factory of industry and trade, we adopt closed-loop management of the whole process to ensure excellent quality from raw materials to finished products:

Screening of raw materials:

Copper rod purity ≥99.99%, through SGS testing; Insulation materials selected BASF, Dow and other international brands, in line with UL certification.

Core process:

Drawing annealing: The copper rod without oxygen is annealed at 450℃ to improve the ductility of the conductor.

Three layers of co-extrusion: simultaneous extrusion of conductor shield, insulation layer and insulation shield to ensure uniformity and density.

Cable armor: no backtwist technology + steel wire armor, enhance structural stability.

Quality node:

Online detection: micrometer monitoring insulation thickness deviation (±0.1mm), network analyzer testing return loss (≤-20dB).

Finished product test: voltage test (0.7kV/5min), current carrying capacity simulation, combustion test (flame retardant/low smoke halogen-free).
