All Aluminum Conductor (AAC) is a multi-strand conductive wire material made of high-purity aluminum through concentric stranding process. Its structure is made of aluminum wire layers of the same diameter, without steel core or other reinforcement materials, and has lightweight and high electrical conductivity characteristics. The product complies with international standards such as British Standard (BS215), American standard (ASTM B231) and European standard (DIN48201), and is suitable for short-span transmission and distribution scenarios (such as low-voltage lines and high-voltage terminal connections, etc.), with a maximum continuous operating temperature not exceeding 90°C. As a source factory integrating industry and trade, we support 16-800mm² customization, and can be extended to 1500mm² according to demand.

Production process and quality control

Pretreatment of raw materials

Selected 99.7% purity aluminum ingots, through smelting, borization and rare earth treatment, improve the ductility of the material.

After drawing, the single wire is left to room temperature to eliminate internal stress and ensure resistance stability.

Stranding process

Ø630 frame stranding unit is adopted to accurately control the stranding distance and tension to ensure the uniformity of concentric stranding structure.

There is no joint in the outer wire, the spacing of the inner joint is ≥15 meters, and the tensile strength of the welding point is ≥130MPa.

Inspection of finished products

Full scale electrical performance test (resistivity, insulation voltage) and mechanical performance verification (tensile strength, bending radius).

Implement ISO 9001 quality management system, attach third-party test report to each batch.
