3PE coated pipe, its production using a special process. In the production process, the steel pipe first needs to be surface treated to ensure the smoothness and cleanliness of its surface. Then, a layer of primer is applied to the surface of the steel pipe, which can increase the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating. The next step is to heat treat the primed steel pipe. After the coating is completed, the 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe needs to be dried and cooled. During the drying process, the steel pipe is heated in a constant temperature oven to remove moisture from the coating and further improve the adhesion of the coating. During the cooling process, the steel pipe is solidified and the coating solidified by water quenching cooling. The result is a 3PE coated tube.
