The production process of alloy tube is mainly divided into raw material preparation, heat treatment, extrusion, cold drawing, annealing and inspection, etc. The manufacture of alloy tube usually uses stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium alloy and other high-strength materials. Heat treatment refers to heating the raw material to a certain temperature, and then controlling the cooling rate to achieve the desired organization and properties. Extrusion is the core technology in the production of high pressure alloy tubes. Extrusion means that the raw material after heat treatment is placed in the extrusion press and the raw material is extruded into a tube shape by the pressure of the top outlet die. Cold drawing means that the extruded tube blank is placed on the cold drawing machine, and it is pulled into the required specification and size by cold pulling force. Annealing is to eliminate the stress generated during the cold drawing process and improve the mechanical properties of alloy tubes. The quality inspection of alloy pipe is an important link to ensure that the product meets the standard requirements.
